CHECKLIST / 01Before you deposit: four checks
Four checks cover the simplest causes of a delay: the route you pick, the amount against the published minimum, the phone number on your account and the time you paid. Each one rules out a possible cause, so work through them in order before you contact support.
Route
Choose the route you actually pay through. Baji's help centre lists six deposit routes for Pakistan: Payment Gateway, Easypaisa, JazzCash, UPaisa, USDT and Bank Transfer.
Amount
Compare the amount with the published floors of Rs300 for e-wallet deposits and Rs10,000 for bank transfer. The help centre does not split these floors for every route, so read the figure the form shows before you confirm.
Account phone
For Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals, the wallet account has to match the phone number registered on Baji, and support can add up to three phone numbers to one account. Check the number on your account before you pay from a wallet.
Time
Deposits are usually credited within 5 to 30 minutes under normal circumstances. Baji states that its deposit and withdrawal service runs 24/7, weekends included.
CONTENT / 02Categories and a deposit budget
A deposit adds to your account balance. Set a session budget before you open a table, a slot session or a crash round, so the deposit lasts the session you planned.

Each category page explains the round structure in general terms and how to set a budget for it. For the details of a specific title, check the game information shown on screen.

CONTENT / 03Phone checks before you pay
Run these checks on the phone you will pay from, before any transfer starts.
Phone number
Use the number registered on your Baji account for the wallet you pay from. The help centre says that for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals the wallet account has to match that number.
Screenshots
Keep the transaction ID and a screenshot of the payment slip. The Easypaisa deposit form asks for both, so save them before you close the wallet app.
Network
For USDT, if the deposit form shows a network, check it before you send anything. A transfer sent on a different network is a cause to check first if the deposit does not appear.
