Baji

A Pakistan-focused deposit guide for Baji: minimums by route, wallet funding notes and the checks to run when a payment has not arrived.

ACCOUNT SETUP

Phone number setup for Baji wallet deposits

The phone number on your account matters twice: Easypaisa deposits are sent from it, and the help centre's withdrawal rule matches Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets to it. This page explains how to choose that number when you create the account, what Baji's Pakistan help centre publishes about wallet accounts and what you still need to confirm on the form before you pay.

  • Number first
  • Wallet match
  • Support limit
  • Deposit after
REGISTRATION

Set the number before you deposit

Registration asks for the details that identify your account, and the phone number is the one to get right first. Use a number you control, that you can answer messages on, and that is the same wallet number you plan to pay from. The published pages do not say how a registered number is changed later, so check with support through the chat icon at the bottom of Baji's website before you change it.

  • Use your own number

Choose a number you control and can answer messages on, since your account may send you notices about it.

  • Match the wallet

Use the number your Easypaisa wallet is registered to, since the Easypaisa deposit is sent from it. For withdrawals, the help centre says the wallet account must match the registered phone number, so one number on both sides is the safer choice.

  • Keep it current

Write down the number you registered. The help centre notes that support can add up to three phone numbers to one account.

  • Check before paying

Compare the number on your account with the wallet number before you pay, so the payment can be traced back to the account.

WALLETS

Easypaisa and JazzCash numbers

Both wallets are listed for deposits. The Easypaisa flow uses the registered phone number, and the help centre's withdrawal rule matches both wallets to it. The steps for each route differ, so read the form before you pay.

  • Easypaisa

The published flow cashes out to the agent account shown on screen from the registered phone number, then submits the transaction ID and the slip in the form.

  • JazzCash

JazzCash is listed for deposits. This guide does not reproduce its steps, so follow the on-screen form and keep the number the same across the payment.

CHECKS

Before you press pay

Four quick checks on the number and the account come before any wallet deposit. Run them each time, not just the first time you register.

  • Number

Confirm the number on your account is the one your wallet uses, digit by digit, before you enter any amount.

  • Wallet

Make sure the wallet app is signed in to the same number you registered, and that the balance you see is the one you intend to use.

  • Amount

Check the amount is at or above the floor for the route, which is Rs300 for e-wallets and Rs10,000 for bank transfer.

  • Reference

Keep the transaction ID and the slip from the moment you pay, so they are available if the deposit does not appear.

WRONG NUMBER

If the number on your account is wrong

Do not open a second account to fix the number. Contact support through the chat icon at the bottom of Baji's website, explain which number is wrong and which one it should be, and keep your wallet record to hand while you do.

  • No duplicate account

A second account is not a fix for a wrong number. Ask support about the existing account instead.

  • Record the wallet

Keep the number shown in your wallet app and the time you last paid, so the account can be checked against them.

  • Ask before paying

If the number on the account is in doubt, confirm it with support before you make a new deposit.

  • Keep every slip

Keep each payment slip until the balance shows the deposit it belongs to, including any payment made while the number was wrong.

SUPPORT

Reaching support about a number

Use the chat icon at the bottom of Baji's website. Support is available 24/7, and you choose your preferred language when the chat opens. Never include your password or wallet PIN in the conversation.

  • Select the chat

Open the chat icon at the bottom of Baji's website and pick 'Send us a message' from the options it shows.

  • Give the number

State the number on the account and the wallet number you use. Do not share any PIN or one-time code.

  • Ask for the status

Ask whether the number is on file and what you should do before the next deposit, then note the answer with the time.

LIMITS

What the help centre does not say

The published pages do not describe every step of account setup, and they do not give a cut-off for changing a registered number. This page leaves those gaps open rather than guessing at them.

  • Changing the number

This guide does not confirm how a registered number can be changed, so ask support before attempting it yourself.

  • Verification

Verification steps differ between the sources checked, so this guide does not list them in order.

  • Check your local rules

Check your local rules before you register. This guide does not state that gambling is lawful where you live.

  • Set a budget first

Set a deposit budget before you create the account and before you start any game.

QUESTIONS

Phone number questions for wallet deposits

Short answers on the number, the wallet and the deposit.

Which number should I register?

The number you control and will pay from. For Easypaisa the deposit is sent from the registered number, and the help centre applies the same number to Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals.

Can an account have more than one phone number?

Yes. According to the help centre, support can add up to three phone numbers to one account.

What if I want to change the number?

Ask support through the chat icon at the bottom of Baji's website. This guide does not confirm the change process, so do not assume one.

Does the number affect the minimum deposit?

No. The minimums depend on the route, Rs300 for e-wallets and Rs10,000 for bank transfer, not on the number on the account.

How long until a wallet deposit appears?

Usually within 5 to 30 minutes under normal circumstances, depending on the method.

Can I deposit on the weekend?

Yes. Baji states that its deposit service runs 24/7, including weekends.
