PAYMENT GLOSSARY

Baji payment terms explained

Payment terms show up on the deposit form, in the wallet app and in support chats. This glossary defines them in plain words, so you can match what you see on screen with what you need to do next.

  • Deposit words
  • Wallet terms
  • Form fields
  • Credit status
HOW TO USE IT

Read the terms in the order you meet them

Start with the amount and the route, which the form asks for first. Then read the reference terms, because you will need them if a deposit goes missing. The advanced terms explain how a deposit is credited and why a record may not match straight away, so read them before you contact support.

FORM MAP

Where each term appears

The same term can appear in several places: on the deposit form, in the wallet app and in the support chat. The cards below show where to look for each kind of term.

  • Deposit form

Holds the method and the amount. For Easypaisa it also asks for the transaction ID and a screenshot of the slip.

  • Wallet app

Shows the payment confirmation, the reference and the time of the transfer, which you need when you compare against the window.

  • Account balance

Shows the amount once the deposit has been credited, which is the point at which the funds can be used for play.

  • Support chat

The place to ask about a missing deposit, with the reference and the time to hand so the question can be matched to the payment.

BASICS

Core deposit terms

The terms you will meet on almost every deposit.

What is a minimum deposit?

The lowest amount a route accepts. Baji's Pakistan help centre gives Rs300 for e-wallet deposits and Rs10,000 for bank transfer.

What is a deposit method?

The route used to pay, such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, UPaisa, USDT, bank transfer or the payment gateway listed for Pakistan.

What is a transaction ID?

A reference that identifies the payment. Easypaisa deposits ask for it together with a screenshot of the slip.

What is a payment slip?

The receipt a wallet app shows after a transfer. Keep a screenshot of it until the deposit has been credited.

What does credited mean?

The point at which a deposit shows in the account balance and can be used to fund play.

What does pending mean?

The state in which a deposit has been recorded but has not yet been credited to the balance.

ADVANCED

Terms behind a missing deposit

These terms help when a deposit is slow or the record does not match what you expected.

What is an agent account?

For Easypaisa, the account shown on screen that you cash out to from the registered phone number. Use the details on your own screen, not ones from another source.

What is a crypto deposit?

A deposit made with a token such as USDT. If the form asks for a network or address, those are the details to copy from the screen.

What is a network?

The blockchain a crypto transfer runs on. Sending on a network other than the one the form shows can leave the transfer unmatched.

What is a credit window?

The usual time range for crediting a deposit, given as 5 to 30 minutes under normal circumstances. It is not a guaranteed time.

What is the account currency?

The currency your balance is held in. PKR is supported, alongside BDT, INR and NPR.

What is a floor?

A published minimum for a route. Amounts below it may not be accepted as a deposit, so check the floor before you pay.

WORKED EXAMPLES

Terms in use

Four short scenarios show how the terms fit together. The figures are the published ones and are not a promise about any payment.

  • Easypaisa top-up

A player cashes out to the agent account on screen from the registered number, then enters the transaction ID and the slip screenshot in the form.

  • E-wallet below the floor

A payment under Rs300 is below the published e-wallet minimum, so the amount should be checked on the form before paying again.

  • Pending after the window

A deposit still pending after 30 minutes under normal circumstances should go to support with its transaction ID and the time paid.

  • Crypto route

For a USDT deposit, use the network and address the form shows, copied from the screen rather than from a message, and check them before you send.
