Baji deposit not received: checks in order

A missing deposit can have several simple causes: the window has not closed yet, a reference was not kept or the amount is below the floor for its route. Work through the checks below before you contact support.

  • Window first
  • Keep the reference
  • Check the amount
  • Ask support
CHECK ORDER

Four checks before you ask for help

Run the checks in the order given. Each one either explains the missing deposit or rules a cause out, which keeps any chat with support short. The first check is the time since you paid, measured against the published window of 5 to 30 minutes under normal circumstances. The second is the transaction ID and the slip, which show that the payment happened and where it went. The third is the amount against the floor for your route, Rs300 for e-wallets and Rs10,000 for bank transfer. The fourth is support, reached through the chat icon at the bottom of Baji's website, once the first three have been checked.

  • Time since payment

  • Transaction ID

  • Amount floor

What to send support
CONTACT

What to send support

Send the details that let support match the deposit to your account: the route, the amount, the time you paid and the transaction ID. Chat is the route to use, and it is reached from the icon at the bottom of Baji's website.

  • Method and amount

State the route you paid through and the exact amount, so the record can be matched against the payment.

  • Time and reference

Give the time you paid and the transaction ID from the deposit form or the wallet app.

  • Slip screenshot

Attach the slip screenshot if the chat asks for it, and keep the original until the balance shows the amount.

WHAT NOT TO DO

Steps that make a missing deposit harder to trace

Paying twice, paying a number that did not come from the form and changing the amount mid-transfer can each make the record harder to follow. Pause and check before you repeat any step.

  • Do not pay twice

A repeated payment creates a second record to explain. Check the first payment in your wallet history before you send again.

  • Do not use other numbers

Pay only to the details the form shows. A number from a message or a forum is not one the form gave you.

  • Keep credentials private

Keep your password and wallet PIN to yourself. Do not send them in a chat or a screenshot, whoever asks for them.

  • Compare before escalating

Waiting is part of the process. Compare the time you paid with the published window before you escalate the deposit.

ROUTE DIFFERENCES

Missing deposits by route

Each route leaves its own trail of records. The notes below describe what to keep for each route, not how often a route runs into trouble.

  • E-wallet routes

Keep the transaction ID and the slip screenshot. The Rs300 floor is the published minimum for e-wallet deposits, so check the amount against it first.

  • Easypaisa

The published flow is the agent account shown on screen, then the transaction ID and slip in the form. A missing Easypaisa deposit is checked against those two items first.

  • Bank transfer

The floor is Rs10,000. Keep your bank's own reference, because the bank side can add time to the 5 to 30 minute window.

  • USDT

If the form shows a network or address, keep it as it appeared when you paid, and note the transaction hash that your wallet gives you.

Possible causes to rule out
PATTERNS

Possible causes to rule out

Each cause below is a possibility to check, not a diagnosis. Rule them out one at a time, in the order they are listed.

  • Window not yet closed

The published window runs 5 to 30 minutes under normal circumstances, so a deposit paid within the last half hour may still be on its way.

  • Amount below the floor

A payment under the published floor for its route may not be accepted as a deposit, so compare the amount with the figure for your route.

  • Wrong route selected

A payment made through a route different from the one selected on the form can leave the record unmatched, so check which route you chose.

  • Phone number not registered

The Easypaisa deposit is sent from the phone number registered on the Baji account. If the payment came from another number, check that first.

QUESTIONS

Baji deposit not received: common questions

Answers for the usual reasons a deposit has not appeared yet.

How long should I wait for a deposit?

Under normal circumstances, deposits are usually credited within 5 to 30 minutes, depending on the method. Use that window as the first check.

Does the window change at night or on weekends?

Baji states that its deposit service runs 24/7, including weekends. The 5 to 30 minute window is the published figure for normal circumstances, so it is the reference to compare with.

What should I do after the window has passed?

Check the transaction ID and the slip, then use the chat icon at the bottom of Baji's website and select 'Send us a message'.

Do I need the transaction ID?

Keep it for every route. It is the reference that identifies the payment when you ask about it, and Easypaisa deposits ask for it in the form.

What if I paid the wrong amount?

Check the amount against the floor for your route first. Contact support before you send another payment, so the two records do not get mixed up.

Is a missing deposit always a fault on Baji's side?

No. Timing, the route chosen, the amount and the reference can each explain it, and the checks on this page cover those first.

Can I deposit at weekends?

Yes. Baji states that its deposit service runs 24/7, including weekends.
